These Terms of Service govern your use of InvoiceNow ("the Service"), operated by InvoiceNow ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

InvoiceNow is an online invoice and receipt generation platform that allows users to create, manage, and send professional billing documents to their clients. The Service is provided as-is and is intended for lawful business use only.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in ways that could harm other users or the platform.

3. Free and Pro Plans

InvoiceNow offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan at $6.99 CAD per month. The specific features included in each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to plan limits.

Free plan users have access to core invoicing features within the limits described on the upgrade page. Pro plan subscribers have access to all current features including unlimited saved clients, all PDF templates, and direct email delivery to clients.

4. Payments and Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Your Data and Documents

You retain full ownership of all invoices, receipts, client data, and other content you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business documents or client information.
